Welcome to the GMTO for the Sebastien in Navy Museum Calf/Mid Grey Suede!
The Sebastien is one of our old favorites - Mr. FitzPatrick himself has long wanted to reintroduce it to our collection. Reminiscent of classic Victorian styling, the U-cap, longwing design creates an elegant shoe with just the right level of detailing. Most Sebastien models (including all those in the current GMTO lineup) have been made on our soft-chisel LPB last to enhance its dashing, elongated lines. If that's not to your taste, all GMTOs can be made on your choice of last!
This darker spectator style in Navy Museum Calf and Mid Grey Suede makes for a shoe that looks bold, but does so more quietly than most. Effortlessly paired with just about any shade of grey or blue, it's just asking to be paired with your favorite tailoring--warm and cold weather styles alike!
Note that the photos depict the Sebastien oxford with a straight heel. A pitched heel is available as an alternative: Please see the last photo for a comparison of the two options, and make your selection when adding this shoe to your cart.
Production time on these pairs is around 4 months from the end of the GMTO order period, which will be the 1st of December; you can expect your pairs to be ready to be shipped to you in mid Spring.
The price listed is a 50% deposit on the total price of $425, with the remaining balance and any shipping costs due upon completion of your pairs. All GMTO pairs will ship free to the domestic US. For shipping rates outside of the US, see our shipping page here.

J.FitzPatrick shoes have a broad set of fit options, from true to size, on the slim side to more wide. It will be important to make sure you read about the specific last that you are looking to purchase.
One thing to note across the board is that our loafers have been cut on the snug side, compared to the rest of the models. We did this so that you do not need to 'size down' when going for a loafer, rather recommending you stick to your oxford size (**read exception below)
Here are a few general rules
- Our insteps would be considered generous
- All shoes with 6 eyelets will be even more generous in the instep
- Any model in full suede will feel more generous to its leather counterpart
- The boots have a forgiving instep in order for you to put them on easily
- Any monkstrap made on the MGF or LPB will feel more generous to its oxford counterpart
- If you wear your oxfords very snug, then size up for your loafers. However, for most we recommend taking the same size as your oxfords
