The "Southcenter" is a classic zip boot design, featuring a plain chiseled toe, leather sole, external side seam, and subtle inner side zipper. 

The Southcenter can be paired with tailoring to make a formal outfit more casual, but it will best be worn with slim denim for a classic, cool look.

Zip Boots

Zip boots are a modern alternative to the longer-standing chelsea style: The double-sided elastic side "gore" of a chelsea boot is replaced with a single zipper on the interior of each boot, resulting in a cleaner, sleeker profile with the same casually cool overall effect.

MGF Last

The MGF is our chisel last. A chisel toe is the shape of choice for smart shoes, with its sharp lines resulting in an unrivaled professional and elegant style.
The MGF is our most generous fitting last, ideal for broad feet:
-Generous all-around fit
-Voluminous instep
-Labeled as UK 'E' width (US 'D' equivalent). However, being generous it is closer to a US D/E fit, falling between the two.
-Elongated last shape

what you'll be standing on:

Leather Sole (Closed Channel)

Single leather soles are our most handsome sole option. A subtle profile combines with tastefully pitched heels, beveled waists, and closed-channel stitching to ensure an elegant look, while seven brass nails in the toe improve longevity.

Size Guidance

The Southcenter, on our MGF Last, is a semi-generous and elongated fitting boot. If you have a slender foot with a lower instep, take a half size down than normal. For those with ‘standard’ feet, stick to your same size. For broader feet, stick with your same size providing you do not have a very high instep. You will find a hugging fit in the mid-foot with a more generous forefoot. If you have a very high instep, this boot will not work for you. If you have very thick calves/ankles, this boot will not work for you.

Please note that on a boot with no laces, it is normal to feel heel movement, even with a perfect fit.
